artist inspired....

I created the following images using different artist styles from Urban Sketchers. Some of the techniques were a little tricky, but I enjoyed trying the different mediums. This exercise help me develop ideas that I could use while sketching in my own sketch book.most of the artist were from Spain or Portugal, it neat to see how some of the same techniques are used.

the beginning......

here's my sketch model for my group. I wanted to create a structure that had a abstract appeal. One of the ways that I visioned this was through the use of voids. The arched voids helped to bring in light into the structure and also form the shape of the passage way.

Gateway Project

So what does a passage way into time look like? I guess the real question would be, what does it look like when there are five other people involved?
